Kreuzhage et. al. v. Anthem et. al.
Three class representatives sued their Insurer for, among other things, fees that they were charged by their Insurer to receive a monthly paper bill. The insurer agreed to reimburse the approximately 600,000 class members a portion of those collected fees and to permanently refrain from charging these paper bill fees to any insured ever again. The value of the injunctive relief was monetized at $17,376,052.
